1. Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Customized or personalized jewellery is non-returnable.

3. Return Process

Once approved, you will receive return instructions.

Customers may be required to bear return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed after the returned item is inspected.

Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos as proof.

We will offer a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

6. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are allowed only for size issues or manufacturing defects, subject to availability.
